Welcome! While I am known as Francesco Bardotti (my real name) and Mr Paella, you can call me by my nickname, Paco!

 

My enduring passion for food and commitment to excellence has taken me to many countries all over the world where I acquired new skills as a chef and gained valuable insight into all aspects of the catering industry. During my exhilarating 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry, I encountered and mastered many different cultural cuisines, but none connected with me more than Paella.

 

My first trip to Spain was in 1982, where I gained a strong admiration for Spain and its many fascinating cuisines including the famous Paella. I saw first-hand how much joy and excitement paella catering at events brought to the guests and knew I had to create my own special paella party catering experience.

 

Through the years I have developed a passion for cooking large Paellas on an open wood fire as it gives it a rich and authentic taste. Merging my love of cooking and bringing people together, I put on a show with paella party catering in London. Cooking my signature paella on a crackling wood fire pit is my masterpiece and is perfect for a paella garden party.
